Customer Service Coordinator I
CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Customer Service Coordinator I. This position provides high-volume customer service support through phone and email while coordinating with internal teams to resolve inquiries, manage orders, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Key Responsibilities Handle high-volume customer inquiries by phone and email. Manage customer cases and orders using Perform accurate order entry and order management. Provide information regarding inventory, pricing, technical inquiries, and shipping. Resolve routine customer issues independently and initiate corrective actions when needed. Assist with customer complaints and follow up on resolutions. Maintain accurate customer profiles, account information, payment terms, carrier, and freight details.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding account setup and customer requirements. Ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal business partners. Attend product and technical training as required. Required Qualifications 2+ years of customer service or cross-functional commercial experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to manage high volumes of phone calls, cases, and order entry in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused and detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and web-based applications. Typing speed of approximately 50 WPM. Ability to meet or exceed performance metrics. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications case management experience. People Soft Order Management or comparable order management system experience. Call center or high-volume customer service experience.
Life sciences industry experience. Additional Information No third party resumes will be accepted. Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted.
