- Responsible for supporting process development of NPI (New Product Introduction).
- Lead a cross‑functional team to develop the process for new products.
- Create and present reports during the NPI life cycle.
- Create long‑term capacity plans.
- Support customer requirements, including audits and visits.
- Assist with long‑term budgeting process.
- Conduct fixed asset inventory – locate all fixed assets and report to the Accounting Department.
- Attend routine cross‑functional team meetings outside of normal work hours.
- Other duties as assigned.
