Warehouse Manager

Summary

The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports and the attainment of daily operational goals within the assigned functional area.

• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees
• Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling
• Health and safety management
• State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
• Additional responsibilities: performs other duties as assigned

• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components – intermediate required
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production – advanced required

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
• Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or a related field required
• One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access) – advanced required
• Logistics industry knowledge – advanced required
• Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and federal regulations – advanced required
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components – intermediate required
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production – advanced required

Pay type:

Salaried. Minimum pay range: $70,000. Maximum pay range: $85,000. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on level and/or type.
