Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Scheduler to support our Air Systems Components (ASC) business segment. This roleis responsible for developing, managing, and executing supplier replenishment schedules to ensure material availability that supports production requirements while balancing inventory levels, cost, and supplier performance. The Supplier Scheduler plays a critical role inmaintainingschedule adherence, supporting operational stability, and enabling on-time customer delivery through strong cross-functional and supplier collaboration.
WhatYou'll Do
- Develop, release, andmaintainsupplier replenishment schedules to support production plans and customer demand
- Monitor supplier delivery performance and proactivelyidentifyrisks related to late or incomplete deliveries
- Coordinate daily with Manufacturing, Production Scheduling, Quality, Engineering, and Procurement to ensuretimelymaterial availability
- Expedite materials and adjust priorities to address shortages, schedule changes, and production disruptions
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels while supporting inventory accuracy, days on hand (DOH), and transportation efficiency targets
- Track and report supplier performance metrics, including delivery adherence and responsiveness
- Communicate directly with suppliers to resolve scheduling, capacity, and delivery issues
- Participate in supplier meetings to review performance, discuss supply challenges, andidentifycost reduction opportunities
- Support new product introductions by coordinating supplier scheduling and material readiness
- Contribute to continuous improvement, cost reduction, and VA/VE initiatives
- Support make-versus-buy analysis and sourcing decisions
- Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in supplier scheduling, materials planning, production planning, or logistics
- Working knowledge of MRP / ERP systems and supplier scheduling processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and resolve material issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- APICS / ASCM certification (CPIM or similar)
- Experience with inventory forecasting and reducing schedule variance
- Exposure to Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement activities
The work environment is primarily in a professional office setting with standard office equipment and a climate-controlled atmosphere designed for productivity. There may be occasional opportunities to visit a manufacturing facility or supplier location for meetings, collaboration, or issue resolution.
