Position: Continuous Improvement Manager 3

Continuous Improvement Manager – High‑Volume Manufacturing Facility

The Judge Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for a large manufacturing company. Will not sponsor or relocate any candidates outside of the U.S.

Compensation: 110k to 125k Relocation:
Full relocation Covered

Qualifications
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Operations.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational workflows.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma, RCA, DMAIC, TPM, SPC, and other CI methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, from frontline teams to senior leadership.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to support CI initiatives at other locations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with operations and functional leaders to identify improvement opportunities using structured problem‑solving methods such as Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, Loss Analysis, and DMAIC.
  • Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, enabling data‑based decision‑making and driving behavioral change throughout the organization.
  • Manage improvement projects, including project planning, execution coaching, results tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Deliver CI training programs (Lean, Belt training, problem‑solving tools) tailored to organizational needs and capability levels.
  • Implement and support the site’s Management Operating System (MOS), including tiered meetings, KPI development, standard work, and visual management.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and focused improvement workshops to address systemic issues and accelerate performance gains.
  • Analyze operational losses and develop strategies to achieve breakthrough improvements in cost, quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Develop and execute a CI communication plan to increase visibility, engagement, and alignment around improvement efforts.
