• Transport finish good pallets to Americold and scan the LP’s to Americold in the RFSmart scan gun.
• Bring WIP to the production lines as well as fruit to the warehouse when needed.
• Conduct all SQF required inspections.
• Transport raw materials to the production lines and other areas of the plant.
• Responsible for stock rotation, physical inventory, and cycle counts needed.
• Responsible for daily warehouse sanitation tasks and basic GMP’s.
• Operate powered trucks following safety guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks as needed, including but not limited to cross training on other machines and/or in other areas.

• Current or previous forklift license and experience operating industrial trucks.
• Ability to climb ladders to sifter platforms.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Knowledge of SQF & SAP.
• Experience using sanitation chemicals.
• Spotter experience a plus but not necessary.
• Practice good safety habits and have a good safety record.
• Practice good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and maintain them.
• Good attendance record.
• Practice good housekeeping at all times.
• Ability to work with support groups to ensure lines start on time and reduce downtime.
• Willingness to learn product specifications and maintain correct specifications and line speeds.
• Willingness to follow oral and written instructions.
• Willingness to be flexible.
• Strong communication skills and strong computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a production environment requiring a high visibility vest, safety glasses, hair/beard net, hearing protection, and rubber boots with safety toe. PPE provided by SLFB.
• Ability to climb stairs up and down to enter/exit the production area.
• Willing to walk over boot scrubbers prior to entering work areas.
• Willingness to withstand cold and hot environments.
• Willingness to work 8-12 hour shifts (standing).
• Responsibility to sweep and clean area during and after shift.
