World Cat Boats is seeking a hands-on Small Parts Lamination Lead to oversee the daily operations of the lamination area. You will coordinate workflow, train teammates, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure compliance with SOPs and engineering specs.
The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to quality and safety. You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Production to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.
