Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Perform all store opening/closing duties and day end procedures;
Ensure buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers are processed timely and communicated to customers as needed;
Process returns, exchanges, and invoicing of merchandise before it leaves the store;
Ensure Zipline messages and merchandising tasks are delegated and completed as assigned
