We’re looking for a dependable, hands‑on Grounds & Maintenance Technician to support the daily upkeep and curb appeal of multiple residential communities.
If you take pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and running smoothly — this role is for you.
Responsibilities- Maintain property grounds, parking lots, and common areas
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Assist with unit turns and interior touch‑ups
- Handle preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond to basic service requests
- Report larger repair needs to the Lead Technician
- Maintenance, landscaping, or general handyman experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable and team‑oriented
- Valid driver’s license required
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
