PACE, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Scheduler to support the interdisciplinary PACE team in Pinellas Park, FL. The Scheduler manages appointment scheduling, administrative duties, and records to ensure timely, accurate care coordination.
Candidate will collaborate with clinic staff and IDT members, maintain documentation, and use the electronic scheduling system to coordinate transportation and provider visits. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
