The Opportunity

As a New Business Specialist
, you’ll play a critical role at the intersection of our advisors, their clients, and insurance carriers. You’ll own the new business process from submission to completion—ensuring applications are accurate, requirements are met, and business flows smoothly through the pipeline. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive new business forward: Review and process insurance contracts across all lines of business, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Be the connector: Act as a key liaison between agents and insurance carriers to resolve issues and keep cases moving.
  • Own the details: Submit required documentation to carriers and maintain precise, up-to-date records in our CRM.
  • Problem-solve proactively: Identify missing requirements, coordinate resolutions, and document every step along the way.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Keep current on carrier forms, procedures, and industry updates to ensure best‑in‑class service.
What You Bring
  • Ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or title services preferred
