Business Development​/Physician Liaison

Gulf Coast MRI is a locally owned, physician-owned outpatient diagnostic imaging center dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience while delivering high-quality MRI services to our community. We believe healthcare should be personal, compassionate, and built on trust.

We are seeking an energetic, professional, and relationship-driven Business Development & Physician Liaison to represent Gulf Coast MRI throughout Pinellas, Pasco, and surrounding counties. This individual will serve as the face of our practice by building meaningful relationships with physicians, medical offices, attorneys, case managers, therapists, employers, and community organizations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, developing long-term professional relationships, educating providers on available services, and helping patients receive quality care in a comfortable outpatient environment.

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with physician offices, specialists, chiropractors, orthopedic practices, neurology offices, primary care physicians, pain management providers, physical therapy clinics, employers, workers' compensation case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate providers and office staff regarding Gulf Coast MRI services, scheduling process, insurance participation, and patient experience.
• Increase referral volume through relationship building and consistent follow-up.
• Identify new business opportunities and create strategic plans to grow referral sources.
• Work closely with administration and front office staff to ensure seamless communication between marketing and operations.
• Gather provider feedback and communicate opportunities for operational improvement.
• Assist with social media ideas, community outreach, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing Gulf Coast MRI.

• Outside sales, healthcare marketing, physician liaison, or business development experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent account management capabilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and articulate complex technical information clearly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer service.
