Kokolakis is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to help power our growth. This role turns data into opportunity by bringing clarity to our pipeline, strengthening client relationships, and giving our teams the insights they need to win more work.
You’ll sit at the center of business development, marketing, and operations, helping connect the dots between people, projects, and pursuits. From keeping our CRM clean and actionable to identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic decisions, your work will directly impact how we compete and succeed.

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities: CRM Data Management- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, contact, and project records
- Clean and standardize data across offices and teams
- Develop and enforce CRM standards, workflows, and governance
- Support CRM system integrations (including Procore) and drive user adoption
- Train staff on CRM usage and best practices
- Track and manage opportunities including RFQs, RFPs, and bids
- Monitor procurement platforms and opportunity sources
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and backlog projections
- Track and analyze win rates, hit rates, and overall performance metrics
- Prepare and distribute weekly business development reports (pipeline, wins/losses)
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for leadership visibility
- Conduct market sector analysis (solid waste, aviation, healthcare, federal, etc.)
- Lead weekly Go/No-Go meetings, identifying opportunities and supporting decision-making
- Identify dormant clients and support re-engagement strategies
- Track client touchpoints including meetings, networking events, and interactions
- Collaborate with business development and leadership on pursuit strategy
- Support proposal teams with project data and staff resumes
- Maintain project sheets and the company’s experience database
- Ensure alignment between CRM data and marketing materials
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in CRM management, data analysis, or business development support
- Experience in the construction, AEC, or related industry preferred
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Project Mark or similar systems preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
