I'm working with a well-established Commercial General Contractor that's looking to hire a Senior Estimator to support a strong pipeline of commercial projects. This is an immediate hire due to team growth and upcoming project demand.

- or10+ years of estimating experience with a Commercial General Contract
- or Experience in hard-bid environmen
- ts Strong background in takeoffs, subcontractor solicitation, and scope revi
- ew Experience delivering estimates on commercial projects valued between $500K–$10
- 0MCandidates from Preconstruction, MEP, or strong subcontractor backgrounds will also be consider
