Tarpon Springs, FL – Senior Estimator for a General Contractor position. Lead estimates for commercial projects up to $40M, oversee hard bids, CM budgets and GMPs from bidding through pricing, and work with operations, leadership, subcontractors and clients in preconstruction.
Role requires strong GC estimating background, CSI division knowledge, and coordination across teams to ensure complete bid coverage and competitive pricing. Competitive salary with excellent benefits and bonuses.
