PROJECT MANAGER – WATER / WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE

Razorback LLC is growing, and we’re hiring high-level Project Managers with experience in municipal water and wastewater construction who can take full ownership of projects, manage financial performance, and drive execution in the field.

Razorback LLC is a general contractor focused on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure. We work directly with cities and public agencies to deliver critical infrastructure projects.
Our Work Includes (but is not limited to):
- Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants
- Process Mechanical Equipment Installations
- Site and Utility Infrastructure
- Lift Stations
- Force Mains and Gravity Sewer
The Role
This is a true Project Manager role with full ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Managing project from start to close
- Developing and maintaining accurate cost-to-complete forecasts
- Driving field production in coordination with superintendents
- Managing subcontractors, vendors, and procurement
- Coordinating directly with city inspectors, engineers, and stakeholders
- Identifying risks early and solving problems proactively
- Delivering projects safely, on schedule, and profitably
- Traveling to Job Sites (95% of your time will be in the office)
What We’re Looking For
- 5–15+ years of experience in civil, utility, or water/wastewater construction
- Strong experience with municipal or government projects
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and forecasting
- Deep understanding of plans, specs, and field execution
- Experience managing projects in the $3M–$15M+ range
- Ability to lead teams and make decisions
Strong preference for candidates with experience in
- Industrial structure rehabilitation
- Underground utilities (water, sewer, storm)
- Pump and lift stations
- Concrete and structural rehabilitation
- Steel installations and/or fabrication

Compensation
- Competitive base salary (target: $110,000 – $150,000+, depending on experience)
