We’re hiring an Automation Specialist who’s tech-savvy and fluent in marketing and sales funnels. This role focuses on building and optimizing high-performing automation systems that move leads smoothly from first touch to conversion, while also helping financial advisors successfully implement and use those systems.
This is a builder + operator + educator role for someone who enjoys creating scalable funnel infrastructure and ensuring it’s actually being used effectively.
What You’ll Do- Build, optimize, and manage lead capture funnels
- Create and manage email and SMS follow-up automation
- Integrate funnels with CRM systems and lead routing workflows
- Monitor and improve key funnel KPIs (CPL, conversion, show rate, close rate)
- Troubleshoot automation and integration issues
- Onboard and train advisors on CRM structure, automation logic, and follow-up systems
- Help advisors customize workflows and maximize speed-to-lead and conversion
- CRM and automation tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Go High Level , etc.)
- Zapier, Make, or API integrations
- Email & SMS automation, A/B testing, and analytics
- Financial services or insurance
- Supporting advisors or sales teams
- Compliance-sensitive or appointment-based funnels
Our growth depends on strong funnel infrastructure and advisors fully utilizing it. You’ll play a direct role in improving lead conversion, advisor efficiency, and system adoption.
