8 ORs
ACT: 5 Physicians and 9 CRNAs
Case Mix: general, heavy ortho, endo, thoracic, GYN, spine, ENT, vascular, EP/cath lab
No hearts, no OB, no trauma, no transplants
Stable, well- respected leadership
M-F, NO CALL, no weekends
8 and 10-hour shifts
Expand skill set and perfect block skills
OT opportunities available if desired
