* + Assists the Nurse Leader or designee with updates and maintenance of unit records, reports, and forms.

+ Assists with performance appraisals, corrective actions, and counseling.

+ Prepares monthly schedules for the assigned unit, ensuring coverage for all cases. Utilizes time effectively and accomplishes duties within the necessary timeframe with minimal supervision.

+ Provides required documentation for personnel files in a timely manner. Communicates courteously with internal and external customers in person or on the telephone.

** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
