Home Health RN​/LPN Tarpon Springs

Home Care Now is seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Home Health RN/LPN to provide one‑on‑one care in a home setting. This role is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, patient relationships, and the ability to deliver skilled care in a home‑based setting rather than a facility environment.

• Travel to patient homes to provide skilled nursing care
• Assess patient condition, vital signs, and response to treatment
• Administer medications
• Complete accurate, timely documentation for each visit

• Active RN license in the state of employment
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Level 2 Background
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a home‑based care setting
• At least 1 year of Home health experience
• Experienced with trach g‑tube

• Both days and nights available 7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am
• Flexible scheduling options may be available
  
  Pay range: $32 to $42 per hour
