• Meet with motivated sellers

• Apply CRM and lead follow-up systems to grow your sales pipeline

• Keep CRM, calendar, and appointments up to date for maximum efficiency
• Participate in weekly sales training, Academy sessions, and team meetings

• Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems
• Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Organized with excellent time management skills
