Early Years Educator L3 – Tarporley

Join Partou Childcare as an Early Years Educator L3 in Tarporley. This full‑time role (40 hours per week) offers a competitive salary starting at £12.98 per hour.

We are looking for dedicated Level 3 early years practitioners to join our Brambley Hedge family. As an educator, you will support children’s development in a nurturing and child‑led environment, fostering a love of learning and continuous improvement.

While the role is tailored to each setting, core responsibilities include:

• Deliver high‑quality early years care and education in line with EYFS standards.
• Plan, organise and evaluate activities that promote development and learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and external agencies to support children’s progress.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health, safety and safeguarding policies.
• Actively participate in professional development and share best practice within the team.

• Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Passion for early years and a strong desire to work with children.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
• Experience working in an early years setting.
