Role Description

The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tarrant City, AL, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the center. This role includes supervising staff, organizing class schedules, managing student enrollment, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality learning experience for all learners. The Branch Manager interacts with parents and guardians, addresses inquiries and concerns, and supports marketing activities to grow branch enrollment.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, maintaining accurate records, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards. The Branch Manager also supports staff development through coaching, training, and performance feedback.

Qualifications
  • Experience in educational center or branch management, including oversight of daily operations and staff supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and team members.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to handle scheduling, task prioritization, and multiple concurrent activities.
  • Basic business and administrative skills, including budgeting, record-keeping, and use of office software tools.
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to resolve concerns and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians.
  • Leadership qualities such as decision-making, problem-solving, and coaching team members toward performance goals.
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in tutoring, after-school programs, or child-focused services is an advantage.
