UAB Medicine's 5 West Med Surg unit at UAB St. Vincent's East in Alabama is seeking a dedicated RN for full-time night shifts (7p–7a). The 19-bed unit cares for a range of medical/surgical patients, including pneumonia, COPD, CHF, and diabetes, with procedures such as EGDs and PEG tubes.
The RN will provide direct nursing care, implement care plans, coordinate disciplines, and assist with discharge planning, following unit policies and physician orders.
