Senior Administrative Coordinator
At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team, supporting the VP Therapeutic Area Lead and Cardiovascular Renal Metabolic (CVRM) Clinical Development team based on-site in Tarrytown, NY. In this role, you will proactively manage calendars, coordinate travel and meeting logistics, and help teams execute day-to-day objectives, while collaborating with leaders, administrative peers, and cross-functional partners like IT, Facilities, and Procurement.

- Anticipate the needs of leaders and teams, solving logistics before they become problems
- Own coordination of internal and external meetings, seminars, and events from start to finish
- Bring organization to team town halls, offsites, and agendas that keep people aligned
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with composure and good judgment
- Build trusted relationships across all levels, while keeping sensitive information confidential
- Step in as backup support for fellow coordinators when the team needs it
- Stay curious and pick up new tools and systems quickly, for yourself and those you support
- Bring a collaborative, solutions-first mindset to daily administrative workflows
This role requires:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of administrative experience (years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- 2+ years of industry experience in a relevant business function, desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated independence, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability
- A track record of building effective relationships up, down, and across teams
