Junior Programs Facilitator

Position Summary:

Junior Programs Facilitator supports the Assistant Director with the Saturday STEM Academy, the Verizon Innovative Learning STEM Summer Program, and other Center for STEM Education events.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assisting with program setup, registration, and communication with schools and families

Ordering supplies, organizing materials, and updating the Center's website and social media

Designing flyers and outreach materials using Canva or Adobe

Helping track inventory and supporting travel and finance documentation

Performing general office tasks and helping during Saturday and summer sessions

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat

Creative, organized, and reliable

Interest in STEM education and working with youth
