** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.

+ Answer phones, greet incoming guests, manage visitor sign-in processes, and communicate access procedures in a professional manner.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns according to site guidelines.

+ Support a healthcare location by coordinating with staff regarding deliveries, appointments, and/or access requests while maintaining awareness of security-related issues at the front desk.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.

+ A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ A guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
