Electrician / Maintenance Technician
A local company in Westchester County NY is searching for an Electrician / Maintenance Technician who will have core responsibilities with building upkeep. This Maintenance technician will be responsible for completing tasks that may include pre-operational inspections, scale verification, preventative maintenance, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, property and grounds maintenance. Maintenance Technician is responsible in assisting others, good organizational skills in completing projects and tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
What we look for in a Maintenance Technician:
- High School diploma or General Education degree (GED).
- Proven work experience as a Electrician / Maintenance Technician.
- Experience with mechanical repairs to industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of EPA and OSHA guidelines.
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.
