PT SMART Tbk is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team toward monthly targets, with a focus on bakery products and strong customer proximity in Tasikmalaya. You will drive field sales activities, monitor service levels, and ensure effective execution of selling steps by field sales representatives (FSR).
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in sales supervision, excellent communication, and a broad East Kalimantan network.
