You'll be covering Somerset and West Dorset, completing planned servicing, fault finding and breakdown repairs in occupied homes. This is a long-term opportunity with a steady workload.
The Role
Domestic gas servicing and repairs
Fault finding and diagnostics
Working in occupied social housing properties
Completing paperwork using a PDA
Providing excellent customer service
Essential Criteria
Valid CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1
Proven experience carrying out service & repair work
Full UK driving licence
Experience with in social housing preferred
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Bonus Criteria
OFTEC qualification (desirable but not essential)
