Arcus FM is seeking a skilled Building Fabric Specialist to join our mobile maintenance team across Taunton and surrounding sites. You will deliver planned and reactive repairs, ensuring facilities are safe, functional and well-maintained.
Core trades include plastering, carpentry, flooring, basic plumbing and lock fittings. Time-served, qualifications such as NVQ/City & Guilds, and a valid UK driving licence are essential for success.
