Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Site Fitter / Installation Operative to join their South West Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of interesting projects while benefiting from ongoing training, development, and career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Work on bespoke installations and construction sites across the South West and Wales
Support the Site Supervisor in the safe and efficient delivery of projects.
Adhere to all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
Ensure installations are completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and site personnel.
Maintain a professional and positive approach whilst representing the business on customer sites.
Many of the installations are architecturally unique and involve high quality metal and steel work.
About You

Previous site-based construction experience is essential.
Experience working with metalwork, steelwork, or a related trade would be advantageous.
Valid CSCS Card & Full UK driving licence.
Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexible approach to work and travel.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
