Job Overview
Position: Logistics Clerk
Location: Taunton, MA
Schedule: Tuesday‑Saturday 8:00a.m. – 4:30p.m.
Pay Type: Non‑Exempt / Paid Weekly
Hourly Pay: $22.00 (based on experience)
We are immediately hiring a Logistics Clerk in Taunton, MA for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role performs clerical functions such as receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating, and summarizing documents and information. Responsibilities include maintaining records or logs, verifying completion and accuracy, and setting up and maintaining files and records.
Essential Functions- Provide administrative support to the department (filing, opening mail, typing, answering phones).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
- Be highly thorough, dependable, and possess integrity and trust.
- Be friendly, service‑oriented and maintain a sense of humor.
- Employ strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Build and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Show flexibility and self‑drive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Multi‑task, remain highly organized, and manage time effectively.
- Maintain excellent follow‑up practices and attention to detail.
- H.S. diploma or GED required.
- Two (2) years or more administrative and clerical support experience.
- No travel required.
- Not subject to DOT regulation.
