Prysmian Group in Taunton, MA is seeking a Lean Transformation Manager to drive continuous improvement using Kaizen and the Prysmian Performance System (PPS). Reporting to the Plant Director, you will own the transformation agenda and build a site-wide Lean roadmap aligned to business strategy.
You will lead high-impact Kaizen events, develop leaders into problem solvers, and embed Lean thinking into daily management with standard work and accountability systems. Salary range $100K–$125K.
