Estimator, Construction, Procurement ​/ Purchasing

We are a local provider of mechanical, electrical, and environmental control systems seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to support our growing organization.

$90,000 - $130,000 per year

• Bid Preparation:
  Review and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), blueprints, and specifications to prepare accurate and competitive project bids.
• Quantity Take-offs:
  Accurately quantify the materials, labor hours, and equipment required for HVAC and mechanical installations.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination:
  Solicit, evaluate, and compare subcontractor quotes and vendor pricing.
• Design/Build Support:
  Collaborate closely with in‑house engineering and project management teams to develop value‑engineering opportunities and design‑build solutions.
• Risk Evaluation:
  Identify potential issues, discrepancies in plans, and constructability risks before the project begins.
