Call Center Representative

Description

We are looking for a new team member for Sullivan Tire Retail Resource Center in Taunton, MA. The role is in person at our Taunton, MA office
* and involves supporting 80+ retail stores with scheduling appointments, providing tires and service, and delivering logistics, problem‑solving, and product purchasing solutions.

• Work directly with retail locations to book appointments for tires and services
• Answer incoming phone calls while providing high‑quality customer service
• Handle a high volume of internet communication, including e‑mails and live chats
• Develop and maintain effective sales practices
• Handle customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively
• Build and maintain relationships with team members, co‑workers from other divisions, and customers
• Constantly strive to find new and inventive ways to improve the company
• Take on new and innovative projects outside standard responsibilities when needed

• Maintain a flexible schedule (some weekends required)
• Tire/automotive knowledge preferred
• Strong written & oral communication skills and grammar
• Punctual
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
