Your ResponsibilitiesThe Mechanical Test Design Engineer will design, develop, and deploy application and simulation test rigs. The role also supports customers and the sales team with technical recommendations and component inspection testing.
- Assist Test Field and Test Design Engineers with mechanical design of test rigs
- Develop LabVIEW code and deployment software
- Initiate and conduct test protocols
- Analyze and organize data
- Provide telephone support for incoming technical calls and field sales
- Test actual components sent in by customers
- Prepare written reports for customers
- Respond to assigned corrective actions per the CAR system
- B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
- Experience with CAD software (preferred)
- Experience with coding and/or LabVIEW (preferred)
- Experience with electro‑mechanical design (preferred)
