- Bid Preparation:
Review & analyze RFPs, blueprints & specifications to prepare accurate and competitive project bids. - Quantity Take-offs:
Accurately quantify the materials, labor hours & equipment required for HVAC and mechanical installations. - Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination:
Solicit, evaluate, and compare subcontractor quotes & vendor pricing. - Design/Build Support:
Collaborate closely with in-house engineering & project management teams to develop value‑engineering opportunities & design‑build solutions. - Risk Evaluation:
Identify potential issues, discrepancies in plans, and constructability risks before the project begins.
