Pay: $32.33 - $37.33/Hour

• Support design, fabrication, assembly, and test of prototype electro‑mechanical systems, laser/light transmission devices, and specialized test equipment
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams
• Operate and utilize test and diagnostic equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, automated test systems)
• Troubleshoot, debug, calibrate, and modify complex systems and equipment
• Conduct and document statistical experiments to define process parameters
• Analyze data to identify root cause and process improvements
• Design and build tooling and fixtures for unique engineering applications
• Implement and document process improvements and technical solutions

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
• Associate’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Active DoD Secret Clearance (required at hire)
• Minimum 3+ years in engineering technician or related role
• Test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, diagnostic tools)
• Electro‑mechanical systems and prototype development
• Data analysis and statistical testing methods
• Engineering documentation and schematics interpretation
• Computer‑based test systems and engineering software
