Engineering Support Specialist
As an Engineering Support Specialist you will be a key part of a cross-functional team supporting Hardware Engineering designing complex, mission-critical systems. You will have the opportunity to be involved with program phases to include Electrical and Mechanical prototype/pre-production design builds, cable/cable harness builds and system/sub-system chassis integrations where you will identify and provide feedback of potential issues or improvements prior to production.
Responsibilities will include the ability to understand Electrical and Mechanical drawing designs, interconnects and use of hand tools to build and integrate system and sub-system components - cable, wiring, chassis build & integration.
Additional responsibilities include the understanding and following circuit board rework instructions replacing surface mount and through hole components and white wire additions.
What Sets You Apart:- Thinking outside-the-box to find solutions to integration and build issues
- IPC J-STD-001 (CIS) Certification
- Ability to solder using a microscope
- Experienced using pin & socket crimp tools.
- Familiar with military style connectors, for example D38999
- Understanding of the hardware development process throughout the lifecycle of a program

Salary Note This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range USD $86,116.00 - USD $91,000.00 /Yr.
