The Financial Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of the Taunton site. This position delivers accurate and timely financial insights through cost analysis and variance reporting, partnering closely with finance and operations teams to provide the data and analysis needed for informed decisions and performance improvement.

• Conduct detailed cost analysis and establish standard costs to support operational and strategic decision‑making, providing ongoing financial analysis to site leadership.
• Lead month‑end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate closing, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and distribute management reports that highlight key financial metrics and trends.
• Provide non‑routine financial data and insights to the Multi‑Site Controller, Operations Controller, Business Unit Controller, and other internal stakeholders.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including World Class Manufacturing (WCM), loss identification, and cost‑reduction efforts, using financial data to identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Execute special projects, completing ad hoc projects and financial analyses assigned by the Site Controller, such as deep dives into cost drivers, capital investment evaluations, or process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis & cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze financial data & trends.
• Proficiency in financial concepts & mathematics.
• Experience with analytic tools & software, such as SQL and Excel.

National pay range: $81,500 to $126,500 per year. Base pay may vary by region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position is eligible for an annual bonus, with a target bonus of 10% of base salary. The total target cash range is $89,600 to $139,100.
