Job Overview

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide and/or Certified Nursing Assistant to assist our senior clients in the Berkley/Taunton area with activities of daily living, household support, and companionship.

Shifts Available
  • Daily 4‑hour shifts (example: 8 am‑12 pm, 9 am‑1 pm, 10 am‑2 pm, 3 pm‑7 pm, 4 pm‑8 pm)
  • Additional 4‑hour shifts in Taunton, Middleboro, Lakeville
Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
  • Assist with light housekeeping
  • Encourage walking, exercising, stimulating conversation
  • Provide activities and exercise according to the care plan
  • Encourage fluid intake; possible meal prep per orders/plan
  • Document shift activities digitally using a smartphone
  • Report concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team promptly
Requirements
  • Home Health Aide Certification or Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
  • At least 2 years experience with your certification
  • Kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA or CNA
  • Experience working with dementia patients
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a CORI check
  • Current TB test, Quantiferon Gold Test, or chest X‑ray
  • English speaking, reading, writing, and effective communication skills
  • Must own a cell phone
