Cohannet Academy is an Intensive Residential Treatment Program for adolescents that specializes in trauma-informed care. Cohannet provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $29.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
What You'll Do:
We are seeking a full-time Wellness Coordinator to enhance the recreational activities of our program. The Wellness coordinator will work closely with our Residential, OT, and Nursing Departments, as well as the residents to continually assess the needs of programming and lead recreational groups. Our hope is that the Wellness Coordinator will help build an environment that promotes good health, positive energy and fun!

Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years or older.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organization skills.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
