Direct Care Professionals – Part Time Evenings
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour (after one year of benefit‑eligible employment: $22.00 per hour).
Schedule: Saturday 1 pm‑11 pm, Wednesday 3 pm‑11 pm, Friday 4 pm‑10 pm.
Shifts available: 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River, and surrounding areas.

- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle
- TB screening and physical required upon hire and TB update every two years thereafter
- Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program
- Assist with daily activities and ensure a structured routine, including individual community outings, meal preparation, activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments, and medication distribution
