Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, optimization, and performance measurement of the Bank’s digital marketing efforts. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and growth through a coordinated digital presence across web, email, social media, paid media, search, and emerging digital channels.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in digital campaign management, website optimization, analytics, content strategy, and vendor coordination. This role works closely with marketing leadership, division partners, and Compliance to ensure digital initiatives support business goals while meeting brand and regulatory standards.

Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities
  • Translate marketing strategy into channel‑specific digital plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across web, email, social media, paid media, and search.
  • Manage digital campaign calendars, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee the Bank’s website and related digital platforms, including content governance, SEO, user experience, and functionality.
  • Own the Bank’s email marketing efforts, including campaign emails and lifecycle journeys within the digital onboarding platform.
  • Improve digital performance through testing and optimization, including landing page updates, A/B testing, and user experience enhancements.
  • Develop and coordinate digital content aligned to target audiences and business priorities.
  • Measure and report on campaign and channel performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Partner with internal teams and Compliance to ensure campaigns meet regulatory requirements, internal policies, and brand standards.
  • Lead future digital initiatives such as website refreshes, rebuilds, and platform enhancements.
Other Accountabilities / Responsibilities
  • Performs related and unrelated duties as required.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or another regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi‑channel digital campaigns and producing measurable business results.
  • Strong knowledge of website CMS platforms, SEO/SEM, AI‑powered search, email marketing platforms, paid digital advertising, customer life cycle management and segmentation, social media, and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing digital vendors, agencies, or external partners.
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
  • Hands on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Independent Action

Performs work independently within scope of established guidelines and practices. Consults with manager where clarification or exception to Bank policy may be required.

Qualifications
  • Experience leading website refresh or rebuild projects.
  • Familiarity with digital onboarding platforms and user journey optimization.
  • Experience supporting deposit, lending, or other financial product marketing.
  • Understanding of ADA accessibility standards and digital best practices.
