JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIESYou are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
In addition, you will handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash management, food management, scheduling, image, standards, customer service, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES FOR ALL STORE TEAM MEMBERS- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training are provided on the job.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS- Ability to give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone or in person.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
- Ability to make correct monetary decisions.
- Verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
- Motor coordination to move hands/fingers rapidly and accurately.
- Ability to use a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
- Navigation skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.

EXPOSURE TO- Varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outdoor tasks.
- In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees (cooler) to 90 degrees and above.

- Operating in high‑heat or low‑temperature areas.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS STANDING- Most tasks performed from a standing position; walking surfaces include ceramic tile or linoleum; height ranges from 36 inches to 48 inches.

- Paperwork completed while seated at a desk or table.
- Frequent product deliveries made twice a week or more using a hand truck.

- Weights may reach up to 72 inches high.
- Large cans and other goods, including some weighing up to 3 pounds, carried to storage or delivery points.
