- Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm (2nd shift)

-    Pay: $23.95/hour (paid weekly)

** Summary*
* This is a top-level skill position for the extrusion function.. The operator is expected to safely operate all equipment, follow pertinent SOP and ISO guidelines, inspect product, and produce quality with minimum scrap to achieve an acceptable product while following quality guidelines, ISO, Safety Regulations and customer requirements.

** What You'll Do*
* -    Fully understands all extruders and equipment safety and quality issues for peroxide and platinum silicone processing with no supervision

-    Setup of extrusion processes on peroxide and platinum materials

-    Setup and operation of extrusion process on various profiles

-    Capable of getting correct tooling and making necessary tooling changes with limited supervision

-    Perform minor maintenance and PM Inspections of designated equipment with limited supervision

-    Setup and proper/safe operation of the automatic cutting equipment

-    Equipment Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed

-    Operation Monitoring - Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly

-     Troubleshooting - Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it

-    Lift, push, or pull up to 55 lbs. and perform repeated physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending throughout your shift

** Requirements*
* -    High School Diploma or Equivalent

-    1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

-    Mathematical and measuring skills

-    Control precision, finger dexterity, arm-hand steadiness, manual dexterity, and ability to have short reaction time

-    Strong commitment to attendance, safety, and teamwork

-    Capability to perform the physical aspects of the role
