D o you like staying busy all day and working independently? Jordan's Furniture is looking for a team player to work in our busy QC and Returns departments. This position is located in Taunton, MA and the hours of this position are:
Monday
- Friday; 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour. We share our pay range because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.

• Transfers trash and recyclable material to the compactor/baler area and maintains a clean work area.
• Separates recyclable material from trash.
• Operates all machinery used to handle trash or recycled material.
• Loads/unloads Junk bedding, Shuttle, Receiving and Recycling trailers.
• Handles, repackages, and moves returned merchandise.
• Sorts, transports, processes recycling material and disposes all trash generated from the department’s daily operations.
• Assist with the overall cleanliness of the DC by ensuring floor is clear of recycling debris.
• Uses and maintains tools and equipment in accordance with company and OSHA safety standards.
• Any other function or responsibility as assigned by the Supervisor.

• 0-6 months of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Must be able to solely and safely lift and move materials up to 110 lbs.
• Must be certified through company Crown Lift Training Program to safely operate forklift and Pallet Jack equipment.
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.
