Chemical Operator II

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Chemical Operator II to support batch manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for producing chemical products by following detailed procedures, handling specialized equipment, and ensuring all batches meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a manufacturing environment and thrives in a process-driven setting.

• Perform batch manufacturing of chemical materials in accordance with established procedures
• Follow detailed instructions and documentation for production processes
• Complete production batches by accurately measuring, adding, and recording materials
• Collect and record operational data to ensure batches meet required specifications
• Operate and handle reactors, filtration equipment, and other production tools
• Perform basic calculations related to batch production
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in chemical batch manufacturing strongly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures
• Willingness and ability to learn new processes
• Strong communication skills
