Assembly Operator – 3rd Shift

Location: Taunton, MA
Pay: $20.31/hr. + $1.75/hr. 3rd Shift Differential
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Overview

We are hiring Assembly Operators for a 3rd shift opportunity in Taunton, MA. This position involves assembling, inspecting, cleaning, and packaging plastic, polymer, silicone tubing, and other products used in life science and medical applications.

The ideal candidate will have recent assembly experience and be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while following detailed work instructions and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to work orders, drawings, and product specifications
• Follow quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
• Perform visual inspections and measurements to ensure products meet specifications
• Complete required production records and paperwork accurately
• Set up and operate branding and spooling equipment
• Load, unload, and program post-cure ovens according to specifications
• Set up and operate tube rinsing equipment
• Assemble pump sets according to specifications
• Clean and package finished and molded products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and use required PPE
• Meet production and quality requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Recent, hands-on assembly experience is required
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Ability to read and understand work orders and product specifications
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High School Diploma/GED preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable working with cleaning solutions such as isopropyl alcohol

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands, fingers, and wrists for repetitive assembly tasks
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed
• Ability to perform close visual inspection and measurement
• Ability to read and complete written documentation
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

• $20.31/hr. + $1.75/hr. shift differential
